Mr. Gutman has over 32 years of construction experience and a vast knowledge in the construction and development of hotels, restaurants, custom homes, residential developments, mixed use developments, multi-family residential developments, commercial interior projects, free-standing retail establishments and hospitality construction. Mr. Gutman works hands on with his staff to assure a smooth and successful completion on every project. 

Mr. Gutman has earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University. He has had the honor of collaborating with prestigious award-winning architects such as Alfred Browning Parker, Kobi Karp, Gensler, Pedro Bravo, Barry Sugarman, Ralph Choeff, Luis Revuelta, STA and Gabriel Salazar. He has also worked with interior design firms throughout the world.
